Dear Colleagues

It is my great pleasure, on behalf of EUREOS, to welcome you to the 1st European Eosinophilic Esophagitis Congress, taking place in Budapest on 19–20 March 2027.

This inaugural congress marks a special milestone for our community. For the first time, colleagues from across Europe and beyond will come together for a dedicated meeting focused on eosinophilic esophagitis – bringing together expertise from gastroenterology, paediatrics, allergy, pathology, nutrition and translational research.

EoE has evolved enormously over the past years, with major advances in our understanding of the disease, its diagnosis and its treatment. At the same time, many important questions remain. Our scientific programme has therefore been designed to look beyond established concepts, address current controversies and encourage discussion across disciplines. EUREOS_Congress_2027_Sponsorshi…

But our ambition goes beyond creating an exciting scientific programme. We want the EUREOS Congress to be a place for open scientific exchange, inspiring discussions and new collaborations – and, above all, a place where the European EoE community can come together and grow.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to Budapest and to sharing these two days of science, exchange and collaboration with you. We hope that this first congress will mark the beginning of a lasting European platform for everyone committed to advancing research and improving care for patients with EoE.

REGISTRATION FEES

Early Bird (EUREOS Members only): EUR 250
Regular Member: EUR 350
Regular Non-Member: EUR 450

Early Bird registration is available until 15 January 2027.

Your congress registration includes:

-Full access to the scientific programme on 19–20 March 2027
-Congress Dinner
-Coffee breaks and catering during the scientific programme
-Congress materials
-CME certification, subject to accreditation

CME ACCREDITATION
CME accreditation for the congress has been applied for. Further information, including the number of CME credits granted, will be published as soon as accreditation has been confirmed.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
Travel and accommodation are not included in the registration fee and must be arranged and paid for by participants individually.

A limited number of rooms has been reserved at the congress hotel at a special congress rate. Registered participants will receive a hotel booking code with their registration confirmation, allowing them to book directly with the hotel at the congress rate. Room reservations are subject to availability and the hotel’s booking and cancellation conditions.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee. All registration fees are stated in EUR. Member rates are available to active EUREOS members only.

Cancellation by the Participant
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info.eureos@gmail.com.

  • Until 31 January 2027: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.

  • From 1 February 2027: No refund will be possible.

Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the scientific programme, speakers or schedule where necessary. In the event that the congress has to be cancelled by the organiser, registration fees will be refunded. The organisers cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.

By completing the registration, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the registration and cancellation conditions.

Not a member yet?

EUREOS members benefit from reduced congress registration fees. An active EUREOS membership is required at the time of congress registration to qualify for the member rate.
